[freeside-users] RT switching from Domain Name to IP address

I'm running freeside 5~git with RT4.2.14

If I try to create a ticket for a customer in freeside I'm taken to the 
IP of the freeside/RT box instead of the domain name. This obviously 
throws a certificate error and requires me to log in again.

I noticed the Freeside Demo on freeside.biz behaves the same way.

Anyone know the cause of this issue and how to remedy it??
