[freeside-users] How good of a solution is Freeside for VOIP billing

The learning curve on a DIY install of FS is vertical for a few months, 
and there have been 4 or 5 posts on the list since January about FS team 
not answering email, phone, etc.  If that is an indication of the health 
of the company, and if the OP doesn't have the resources internally to 
grok FS then switching to something else BEFOR you get any deeper makes 
more sense  ?

Outside of that if the OP has already paid money for a setup that never 
happened that's just bad business on Ivan's side...
