[freeside-users] Error billing custnum 5061: Can't call method "setuptax" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/FS/TaxEngine/internal.pm line 135.

im trying to manually bill 1 customer, but when i press "Bill now i get 
this error" (see attach), how can i fix it?
