[freeside-users] Self-Service Set-up and Forgot Password

Hello,

I have Freeside version 4.1. at time of creating customers there is no
option to set Password. Need help setting customer where they can login to
Self-service module and review their account.

Also, at time of performing -'Forgot Password' steps, it gives error
'Domain name not found'. i have set to allow all domain to access
Self-Service.

I have compare setting with Freeside's demo and not able to figure out how
to use  Selt-Service module.
