[freeside-users] Fwd: CDR imports issue /sftp issue

Hello, im having a little problem with the cdr import


when i execute:
freeside-cdr-sftp_and_import [ -m method ] [ -p prefix ] [ -e extension ]
    [ -r remotefolder ] [ -d donefolder ] [ -v level ] [ -P port ]
    [ -a ] [ -g ] [ -s ] [ -c cdrtypenum ] user format 
[MYsftpuser@]MYservername

i get:
fatal: illegal user [ at /usr/bin/freeside-cdr-sftp_and_import line 32.

But my first problem was this:

when i've executed for 1st time:

i get:

Can't locate Net/SFTP/Foreign/Compat.pm in @INC (you may need to install

/usr/bin/freeside-cdr-sftp_and_import line 9.

after that i've modified the file just commenting the line 9: like this:

after that im not getting the error again, but im not using the sftp 
protocol too.

can somebody explainme if im using wrong the 
"freeside-cdr-sftp_and_import" command, and solve the sftp issue
