[freeside-users] Torrus, Makefile, type of installations of freeside, i need some help here

Ok, I set up a test machine to see what exactly was going on.

Installed according the guide you used.

I got it to work by forcing the freeside-torrus package to overwrite the
exisiting conf file and it seems to install without issue.

dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/var/cache/apt/archives/freeside-torrus_4.2-1_all.deb

I am guessing the WEB-UI package should not contain that config file. And
will hopefully they will have that fixed in future releases.
