[freeside-users] FS4 - BILLED MANUAL RECHARGE

I am testing git snapshot of FS4. I see that the BILL payby is no longer
available. I need to bill manual data recharges for customers without
electronic payment. Is there a work around for this?

Also freeside-sqlradius-radacctd is not running with a
"FS::part_event::Condition::payby is disabled; skipping". Anyone knows what
the error means?
