[freeside-users] Unable to delete customer version 3.6

Freeside v3.6
I have setup a few test customers with services. I then unprovisioned the services and cancelled the customers.Customers do not have any invoices, quotes, or services attached to them.Superuser group has everything checked marked including the option to delete customers.
Delete option not appearing on the customer UI.
Any help would be appreciated.
