[freeside-users] Convert Prospect to Customer Fails with error

Running the Freeside-Appliance-3.5.zip

Clean install with no changes made.

- New Prospect > Create a New Prospect and Click Add Prospect
- New Prospect > View All Prospects > Click on previously created 
prospect > New Quotation > Add Quotation
- New Prospect > View All Prospects > Click on previously created 
prospect > Click on Convert to Customer

Results in error

Illegal payby:


Understandably since the Prospect has no PayBy field in the Prospect but 
how do you turn a prospect into a new customer ?
