[freeside-users] Payment batches stopped working

Hi,

I recently upgraded to freeside 2.3.6 and now payment batches stopped
working.  I can see the billing events of type "Batch Card" in the report.
But none of those bills get listed under "Tools" --> "Process Payment
Batches".

I tried disabling payment batches option (it was listed under deprecated)
and now that option itself has disappeared.

Is there an alternate way to enable payment batches in 2.3.6?
