[freeside-users] Missing CSS files in 1.9.4

Hi all,

I recently upgraded freeside/rt from 1.7.4 to 1.9.4

Following files were missing after the installation of RT

rt/NoAuth/webrt.css
rt/NoAuth/printrt.css

After searching in the untarred archive of 1.9.4, I did not find these CSS
files.

Any idea how to get these files?
