I'm sorry you feel we're not honest or above-ground.  We certainly don't 
deliberately make the documentation difficult in order to sell implementation 
service.

We simply have a full day developing and supporting the applciation for our 
customers.

The documentation is in a Wiki and we would certianly welcome help from the 
community in extending it.
