[freeside-users] 2.1.1 --> Missing domain_record.html

Thanks for the updated domain section.  Ran into a problem though with
2.1.1

When attempting to edit an existing record:

The requested URL /edit/domain_record.html was not found on this server.

This file is called from svc_domain.cgi

I checked the distrib and the file is not there. I checked the cvs and
didn't see the domain_record.html file there as well. Appears this file
is missing.
