[freeside-users] # Subject Priority Queue Status

In https://192.168.222.222/freeside/view/cust_main.cgi?123, in the Tickets section I only get the #, thus: 

#     Subject     Priority     Queue     Status
58

I know I did something wrong in the installation but the database has about 3 months data, how can I remedy to get the Subject, Priority, Queue, Status displayed
