[freeside-users] SSH to Remote machine (EXPORT)

Does anyone know how the pin system works in freeside. Typically customers
log in with username and password on the pin system what do they use and how
do you set it up?

basically
on freeside machine command line
I do
su freeside
ssh test.machine.com
Connection is successfull

so its appearing to be from freeside program runnng the command
as you see i am using user freeside on the export script
