[freeside-users] Error with 1.9cvs

Silly question... where can I read up on how to get the cvs snapshot for
1.9?

Have been using 1.9cvs for a while now. We are running into a problem where
pulling up some customer records "hang". The postgres process sits in either
of the following states:
postgres: freeside freeside [local] idle in transaction
postgres: freeside freeside [local] SELECT waiting


After killing the process which are "hanging" apache spits the
following:

Error executing "SELECT * FROM conf WHERE ( agentnum IS NULL ) AND name = ?"


Any ideas?
