[freeside-users] Error: Unknown state/county/country: Dar//TZ

Dear Friends

I upgraded to FREESIDE_1_7_BRANCH. Now when I go to signup 
form in my public server (signup.cgi) in the country drop 
down I only see only country shortcult ..like for United 
states I see only US.

And when I try to signup any name(new client) I get this 
error Error: "Unknown state/county/country: Dar//TZ" The 
country I selected is Tanzania and Region is Dar Es 
Salaam.

Please advice
