[freeside-users] Usage Billing

[M. Stephen]

I upgraded my freeside installation to 
FREESIDE_1_7_BRANCH. Now when adding user, I get the 
following error

Error: can't parse cust_main.custnum default value for 
sequence name

I can not add users anymore.
