[freeside-users] Usage Billing

I have installed freeside v1.7.2. It works fine. I can 
generate prepaid cards and I can provision to mysql using 
radius export module.

My problem is, I want to charge users per usage and 
prepaid cards should be used tp recharge accounts. That is 
I need to create say, a package of 30MB total limit. When 
user has finished the 30MB HE SHOULD BE DISCONNECTED FROM 
THE SERVICE. And also, if the user quota (30MB) is not 
used within a month, the user should also be disconnected.

I have tried almost all price plan with no success. What I 
see is that using prepaid flat rate, Expiration date and 
time for the user is populated to radius mysql server.

I was expecting freeside to provision the account to 
radius server and when usage has reached the limit, 
automatically freeside should remove the account from 
 radius server and mark the user as suspended.

If anyone there has done per usage billing please advice
