[freeside-users] How-to setup a Radius interface for Billing ?

None of the recent VoIP integrations I've done have been via RADIUS or
used svc_acct services.
I've been using svc_phone services, and either importing the CDRs as CSV
data or inserting them into the database directly.
This is fairly new functionality and may not be the easiest thing for
novice users of the free download to setup yet.
