Yes Steven,
I had the same a few days ago, and you need to install RT, or at least the
RT database.
Regards
Dominique

Objet : [freeside-users] Having an installation problem
Howdy all,
I've been hacking at this for a little while here, but I seem to have run
into a problem I can't solve, so I'm hoping someone would be so kind as to
point me in the right direction.
I'm using Freeside 1.7.2, on a Debian 'testing' box with the latest updates
installed.
I have everything installed, using apache2, postgres, and all the required
perl modules. Freeside lets me log in, but when I goto
'Configuration->Settings' and click on 'Edit Configuration', I get this
error:
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: relation "queues" does not exist [for
Statement "SELECT id, name FROM queues WHERE disabled = 0"] at /
usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/FS/TicketSystem/RT_External.pm line 241.
I don't see a 'queues' table (I also don't know postgres all that well... )
I kind of have a feeling the RT database stuff didn't get installed.
Any hints?
Thanks!
-Steve
