1.5.8 was released about 9 months ago. A maintainer for a 1.6.* stable series was sought - see http://www.sisd.com/pipermail/freeside-devel/2006-May/000546.html So far, no one has stepped forward to maintain a 1.6.x stable branch. If no one expresses any interest soon, support for 1.5.8 will be dropped. -- _ivan
