[freeside-users] How do I switch to just plain text invoices?

The majority of our customers are on email bills and to be honest, I 
really don't care if the printed bills are super pretty, I just want 
them to have the info that Freeside provides (our current billing 
software sucks, either too much info or not enough, no in between).

How do I switch to just plain text for the printed invoices (or can I)?
