Hello,

My Setup:  Slackware 10.1.0 - Linux 2.4.29 Kernel, Freeside 1.5.7,  
Mason-1.32 (also tried 1.31), Perl 5.8.6, Mysql 4.1.12
(also tried with Postgresql 8.1.2), DBD-mysql-3.0002, DBD-Pg-1.43.

Here's my error when attempting to add a new service definition:
