Is there a method to prebill users - I would like to bill users 15 days prior to
the anniversary date and expect payment on the anniversary date.  If payment
isn't made by that date then the next day service would be terminated so I
don't give up a single day for users that don't pay or go somewhere else.

I use managed modems and ultimately pay for usage and would like to trim that
usage down.
