[freeside-users] Adding a Rate Plan

Hello,

I set up freeside-1.5.8 from cvs on debian sarge3.1
When I try to add a Rate Plan nothing is added into
the database !

what are the way to add rate plans !
I set € instead of $ however $ is displayed ?!
