[freeside-users] selfservice/ssh

hi,
what is the OS, Freeside  version you are using?
In case it is FreeBSD, i think there's a reference in the list to use
FileCache.
otherwise please check whether you are  able to connect from the
freeside machine to the self-service machine using ssh from the
command-line without a password.
if not, please read the documentation on how to do this.
