[freeside-users] Date formats

Hi

I have scanned through the various locations for this information and 
haven't found anything that could help me.

Can you tell me please, how do I change the current date format (US) to 
that of Australia?

ie  US uses month/day/year  Australia uses day/month/year.

Assistance would be great as I am running out of hair.
