Please don't scream.

You can set the default agentnum in the configuration section by editing
the "signup_server-default_agentnum" configuration value. 

You can also set the agentnum by editing signup.html and including a
hidden field with the agentnum:
  <INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="agentnum" VALUE="3">

This is useful in the case where you would like to have multiple signup 
pages for different agents.
