[freeside] Running HTTP along with HTTPD-Perl

Mandrake seems to include a bunch of custom packaging to run Apache 1.3
or 2.0, with or without mod_perl, all concurrently.  I don't know much
about how this custom Mandrake stuff works.  Probably a bit off
topic for the general Freeside mailing list - perhaps try on a Mandrake 
support list or forum?
