[freeside] freeside installation help

At the top of the Makefile there are the following two lines:

#solaris and perhaps other very weirdass /bin/sh
#SHELL="/bin/ksh"

Try uncommenting the "SHELL" line.

Patches from POSIX sh pedants^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hexperts are of course 
also welcome.  :)
