Reliability of freeside

Hello,
I am thinking of deploying Freeside as a billing
software. I'd appreciate any comments from users out
there as to their experiences and whether they
recommend or not recommend using freeside. 

Freeside web site did not provide me much details and
any feedback will be appreciated.
