Export to Freeradius MySQL database

In your exports, what's the datasrc value your using?

Here's mine.

datasrc
dbi:mysql:dbname=radius;host=10.0.0.4;

I bet you're using the wrong case of "mysql"!

Otherwise I'd compare your @INC arrays between the one that works, and
the one that does not.
