Hi Jeremy

Thanks that's what I thought it was for but I needed to check because other
things in freeside where not making sense.

So my question is still now do I get the account suspension to work using
the account events system

Most ISP's that serve broadband require an initial setup fee to augment the
cost of adding new users.  Sometimes the price of a CPE device is the setup
fee, but its only a one time fee and not recurring monthly.
