Windows XP email config problem

I am currently running Freeside 1.4.1 (stable) and using the online signup
functions. Everything seems to work perfectly except the .ISP files on
Windows XP. The dialup sets up ok and works, however when you open Outlook
it never configured the email. Looking into it further I found that .reg
files I've created also do not configure on Windows XP even though they
work fine on 98/ME and 2000. This probably has more to do with Windows XP
than Freeside but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this same
trouble? Thanks.
