Suspension of accounts using 'Invoice Event' and 'freeside-daily'

Hi All

I'm trying to get freeside 1.4.1 to suspend an account when there balance is
more than $0.00 (I think its more than)

I added an 'Invoice Event'

 7 | suspend | BILL | 0  | seconds  | suspend | $cust_main->suspend();

Which I thought would cause 'freeside-daily' to suspend the account but it
does not, can any one help me configure this correctly ?
