Debian (The Saga Continues)

Ok
On a fresh reload of debian  I have freeside running

However these are the problems

fs_signup_server user machine agentnum refnum
Host key verification failed.
Connection to localhost lost! Reconecting
Host Key verification failed

and all the chi pages are
      The page cannot be displayed
      There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

      HTTP 500 - Internal server error
      Internet Explorer


I have reloaded the O/S again and get the same results

What am I doing wrong here?
