[freeside] Balance Due on Invoice

I'd give the typeset invoices in 1.4.2 (FREESIDE_1_4_BRANCH) / 1.5.0 a 
try.  They're templated with LaTeX, so you have a lot more flexibility 
to do things like create a tear-off.  Good luck!
