Hi,

A long time ago it was point out on this list that Freeside is not 
designed as CRM.  However the submitter was pointed to the preferred(?) 
open source package, possibly by Ivan, for use in conjunction with 
Freeside. Could someone refresh my memory please as my records don't go 
back that far and I couldn't locate the specific email when doing a 
search of the archives.
