I have some problems running su freeside -c 'freeside-setup ivan'

Hi,

I have problems running I have some problems running su freeside -c 
'freeside-setup ivan'

[root at server02 init.d]# su freeside -c 'freeside-setup ivan'
Badly formed sub country data
     <name>Chü</name>
   at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Locale/SubCountry.pm line 459, <DATA>

Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/bin/freeside-setup line 13,

I have uninstall and install Locale::Country coulple of times and i get 
that error.
The same thing happend to Locale-SubCountry-1.33
I an running perl 5.8.0.
