Strange issue

I wanted to move freeside to a newer system and I have a strange issue, it
seams that the post information is not getting through, so I get internal
server errors, and other strange errors.  My old system (which is on its
last leg) was apache 1.3, perl 5.6, etc.  the new system is apache 2, perl
5.8, etc.  all the latest for RedHat Fedora Core 1.  I installed
everything like last time.  I can't figure out where to start...  does
anyone have any suggestions?
