sql-mail table

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem
I am having.

I am using Freeside 1.4.1, perl 5.6.1, postgresql
7.3.4, and apache 1.3.29 on FreeBSD 5.2.1.

Freeside seems to be working great so far, even with
our radius server.  My problem however is getting
email to work.  We are using Merak/Icewarp
(www.icewarp.com) using postgresql as database.
I have added a sqlmail export to the local postgresql
database with the connection string:

DBI:pg;host=auth.westweb1.net;database=testmail

Now when I try to provision services I get the
following:
