[freeside] complimentary

I want to say "Complimentary" from the "New customer"(or "Billing type").
Sorry if I wasn't too precise.
There a lot of things diffrent in romanian contability.
I really need a type of billing that is not taking money :) ;
I belive that complimentary payment is the one.
But I dont know how it works(there are invoices apearing on the billing
cicle).
Please explain me.
