Can't Generate Prepaid

Hi All,

When I try to use the generate-prepay script , always I have the error  " seconds at ./generate-prepay line 28" , any one faced this before or how to debug such error . all arguments needed to the script " user amount seconds num_digits num_entries "
are entered in right form.

Env:
Freeside 1.4.1 
Apache/1.3.28
Debian Sparc 
postgresql-7.3.4
