[freeside] selfservice-server

Thank You Ivan,

As much as I know you hate to here this...  I am running this on a
development server right now so eveything is on one server.

And it's not actually getting to the point where it can log.
freeside-slfservice starts, the client starts for a second and then just
dies.  No logging.
