freeside zipped file --Pls help

Hi,

I have tried to download the freeside software.  The problem I get is that whenever I try unzip and untar the file I get the error below:

bash-2.05a# gunzip -d freeside-1.4.0.tar.gz 

gunzip: freeside-1.4.0.tar.gz: unexpected end of file

I tried the command below too and I had errors as follows:

bash-2.05a# tar xvzf freeside-1.4.0.tar.gz 
freeside-1.4.0/
freeside-1.4.0/FS/
freeside-1.4.0/FS/MANIFEST
freeside-1.4.0/FS/Changes
    "
    "
    "
freeside-1.4.0/etc/
freeside-1.4.0/etc/acp_logfile-parse
freeside-1.4.0/etc/countries.txt

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Unexpected EOF on archive file
tar: child returned status 1

Please help me on what steps to take to do an ftp download of the freeside tarball.
