Tax placement on invoice form

Hi Ivan,
    I am running freeside 1.4.1rc3 and it seems to be working well. I
was wondering if there is an easy way to have the tax apprear between
the Total New Charges and the Total Charges.

  Total New Charges                                                 $
34.95

  Tax
5.25

 
-----------
  Total Charges                                                     $
40.20
                         

Currently the tax appears before the items which is not common here. Is
there a config option for the tax placement?
