Duplicate Invoice and E-mail during freeside-daily

When running the freeside-daily script out of cron (or manually), invoices
are generating in duplicate. This is either through e-mail, paper etc.

One invoice is generated for the billing, so it is not like there are
several invoices generating. Same number, sent out twice.

Any ideas?
