[freeside] Adding Export -->Fail to add null value in not null attribute deprecated

Ivan - I removed the column and continued to get the same error. Any
ideas

part_export.deprecated is a relic from running a database from a 1.4.0
prerelease.  Remove the column from your database.

1.4.1 works with all PostgreSQL 7.x versions.
