1.4.1rc5, a release candidate for 1.4.1, is now available from
http://www.sisd.com/freeside/

Please test this release candidtate thoroughly.  If no serious bugs are
found, this code will be released as 1.4.1 soon.  Really soon.  Upgrade
now.


New reports:
- package definition report by # of active customer packages (with links 
  to customer package listing)
- payments report by type and/or date range

Other changes:
- relaxed "first package" restrictions; will find any appropriate
  service with quantity 1
- javascript optimization for lots of access numbers, also
  stateselect.html for state-preselection which makes page significantly
  smaller
- increase max domain length to 63

Bug fixes:
- fix timelocal AUTOLOAD problem introduced by Time::Local fix in rc3;
  manifested with prorated price plan
- Additional fields passed to ACH processors; should work with
  Authorize.Net ACH now
- bugfix for spurious retry fix in rc3
